FIRMWARE UPGRADE
We are pleased to release the latest update of Firmware. Once downloaded follow these instructions to install

# Download the file and save where you can find the file again as you need to point to the file when uploading.
# Make sure no-one else is logged into your device
# Log into your ACTAtek device with your username and password
# Select "Firmware upgrade"
# Select the "Browse" button to search for the firmware file that you downloaded.
# Once you have selected the file select "upload"
# this will take you to the next screen with the following message
"The firmware upgrade is ready to begin. Check that the upgrade counter is increased by one after the upgrade, otherwise, the upgrade is unsuccessful."
# You can now select upgrade - PLEASE DO NOT POWER DOWN YOUR DEVICE AT THIS POINT OTHERWISE UPGRADE WILL FAIL.
# This process will take between 2-5 minutes depending on your network traffic.
# Once your device makes three beeps the process is finished.
# If you cannot access the device after upgrading please check the IP address is correct
# When you log back in please check your clock settings as they may have to be reset.

- For multiple-Mifare readers connection, will accept only EMRv1.3 version External Card Reader (RS495 type, since Jan 2007). Older versions will be rejected.
